Contest Terms & Conditions

  • Contest period: 25 July – 9 August 2026 (11:59 PM).
  • Participants may submit multiple entries. Each photo or video will be judged as a separate entry.
  • All submitted content must be original and created by the participant.
  • Entries must be taken at Rechill Asok or Rechill Thonglor during the campaign period.
  • Participants must submit their entry through the official submission form and tag @rechill.co on Instagram.
  • Participants must ensure that any identifiable people appearing in the submitted content have given permission to be photographed or filmed.
  • By entering the contest, participants grant Rechill a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display the submitted photos, videos, and written stories across Rechill's marketing channels, including social media, website, digital advertising, printed materials, and future promotional campaigns. Credit will be given where appropriate where possible.
  • Submitted content may be edited or resized for marketing purposes without altering its original meaning.
  • Rechill reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent, AI-generated, or does not comply with the campaign rules.
  • Winners will be selected by the Rechill judging panel and campaign partners based on the published judging criteria. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Winners will be contacted directly via the contact information provided. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Rechill reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Rechill reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal value if necessary.
  • Rechill reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
